Key Responsibilities:
Curly Hair Expertise: Provide specialized services for all curly hair types, including wavy, curly, and coily textures. This includes haircuts, coloring, styling, and treatments.
Client Consultation: Engage in thorough in-depth consultations with clients to understand their hair goals, challenges, preferences, and lifestyle, offering personalized advice and recommendations.
Cutting & Styling: Deliver modern, precise haircuts tailored to curly hair textures, ensuring each client leaves feeling confident and beautiful. Offer a range of styling options based on curl-specific techniques.
Coloring Services: Deliver professional hair coloring techniques, ensuring healthy results that enhance the natural beauty of curly hair.
Client Education: Provide education on proper curl care and maintenance, including product recommendations, at-home care tips, and styling techniques.
Community Engagement: Contribute to Fable & Harmony’s mission by actively participating in community events, workshops, and other initiatives that celebrate curly hair culture.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members, sharing knowledge and techniques to continuously improve the salon’s offerings and client experience.

As a hairdresser specializing in curly hair, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair services and overall guest experience, as well as contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment for our clients.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a hairdresser, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work with curly hair.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in cutting, styling, and coloring curly hair, with a strong understanding of different curl patterns and textures.
Passion for Curly Hair: A genuine passion for curly hair and a commitment to staying updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the curly hair industry.
Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their unique needs.
